Yes that’s right, it’s time for Spring Break! That also means it’s time to have relax and have some fun. Arlington Highlands has plenty of adventure waiting on you. Get the right look and find out about all the exciting events going on at Arlington Highlands this spring break.

We’re so excited to have The Container Store join the Arlington Highlands family this weekend. They’re moving in just in time for spring cleaning, too!

This Saturday and Sunday, March 3rd and 4th, The Container Store will be opening its brand new doors to the public and will be giving away hourly prizes including a $1,000 Elfa space makeover. Ten percent of the Grand Opening weekend sales will go to benefit the Junior League of Arlington.

This will be The Container Store’s seventh location in the DFW Metroplex. It’s hard to believe that in 1978 The Container Store got its start in a 1,600 square foot space and has now grown to locations all over the nation, in spaces averaging around 25,000 square feet. The Container Store offers new and inventive ways to get organized with 14 signature lifestyle departments and over 10,000 multi-functional and innovative products to solve all of your storage and organization problems no matter how big or small.

Throughout the entire Grand Opening weekend, The Container Store will be donating 10% of their sales to the Junior League of Arlington. Fat Tuesday is quickly approaching and the Arlington Highlands retailers can’t wait! Mardi Gras is part of a global Carnival celebration that begins with Fat Tuesday, followed by Ash Wednesday. Commonly, people dress up in costumes and masks to dance and parade around in preparation for a joyous spring. Cities all over the world celebrate Fat Tuesday in one way or another and Arlington is no exception. Join in all the fun and festivities we have going on February 21st.
