In Loving Memory of Christine Grba

Mother’s Day weekend was bigger, brighter, and more beautiful this year thanks to MOMumental at Arlington Highlands. The free community event turned the shopping center’s newly renovated park into a lively hub for families to relax, shop, and celebrate moms in style.
The $30 million renovation of Arlington Highlands unveiled a 48,000-square-foot public park space filled with landscaped paths, twinkling overhead lights, shaded seating, and a live music stage. This new gathering spot set the scene for an afternoon of music, activities, and local flavors.
The highlight of MOMumental wasn’t just the park—it was the Arlington Highlands tenants who helped make the day memorable.
And of course, live tunes from local artist Ruel Thomas added the soundtrack that tied it all together, filling the park with a warm, festival-like atmosphere.
A Place for Community
The event wasn’t just about celebrating moms—it was about celebrating the role Arlington Highlands plays in everyday life. With more than 116 shops, 30+ restaurants, and entertainment venues, the center continues to be a place where families come to connect, shop, dine, and make memories.
