Photography, Video, and Audio Recording Disclosure & Release

By entering Arlington Highlands, attending any event, program, or activity conducted on the property, or otherwise being present on the premises, you hereby grant Arlington Highlands, its owners, operators, tenants, affiliates, agents, contractors, representatives, and assigns (collectively, “Arlington Highlands”) the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, and appearance, whether in still photographs, video, audio, or any other media now known or hereafter developed (collectively, the “Recordings”).

You acknowledge and agree that Arlington Highlands may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, and create derivative works from the Recordings, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotion, publicity, social media, websites, print materials, and other commercial or non-commercial purposes, in perpetuity, worldwide, and in any medium, without further notice, approval, or compensation to you.

You hereby waive any and all rights to inspect or approve the finished Recordings or any use thereof, and release, discharge, and hold harmless Arlington Highlands from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the creation, use, or publication of the Recordings, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or misappropriation.

This consent and release applies to all persons present on the property, including minors, for whom you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian authorized to grant such consent on their behalf.

If you do not consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, you should not enter Arlington Highlands or attend events where such recording may occur.
