Dip into our Summer BBQ Menu, a limited-time only four-course fondue experience. 

BBQ Brisket Cheddar Cheese Fondue ~ Smoked barbecue brisket, medium-sharp cheddar and Emmenthaler Swiss cheeses, topped with tomatoes and scallions.

Wisconsin Wedge Salad ~ A crisp iceberg wedge with sliced Roma tomatoes, Gorgonzola cheese, hardwood-smoked bacon and peppercorn ranch dressing.

Summer BBQ Entree ~ Spicy Thai Teriyaki Sirloin, Honey Dijon Chicken Breast, Shrimp Diablo, Whiskey BBQ Pork Tenderloin, fresh broccoli florets, white mushroom caps, and red new potatoes prepared fondue-style and served with with a flight of our signature dipping sauces.
