BreakThrough by BasePoint  is an outpatient mental health treatment program serving young adults ages 18-35 years old. Our program is an integrative approach to Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) & Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed to address the unique challenges that young adults face today. We offer complimentary same day assessments, are in-network with commercial insurances and provide complimentary transportation to and from our clinics by professionally trained BasePoint staff.
